SPACT - STAGE COMBAT TRAINING AT TAKE 3

Videos from SPACT Stage Combat courses at Take 3 in London. These are a mix of single day courses such as thew Sword and Shield with Unarmed combat courses. The Broadsword and Knife courses are 2 hour morning courses. At the end you get usually a single go at the sequence you have been practising which has been mostly filmed by giving a fellow student my phone hence video quality below.

I also did a Academy of Performance combat course in school and completed a single  fencing sword and unarmed combat course.
